Dr. Michael E. MacGowan, Ph.D., is a licensed Minister with two letters of Ordination. He is the founder and Senior Minister of The United Council of Deliverance Ministries Foundation, and the U.C.D.M. Foundation of Clinical Christian Counseling.  He has been a Deliverance Minister for 40 years and is very active in teen rescue from occult practices. Six months out of the year he travels doing seminars and lectures on the dangers of occult practices and paranormal investigation.
